23 1/2” Antique French Doll Bebe Tete Jumeau DEP Stamp size 10 Rare Working Voice Box Here she is a Wonderful French Bebe Tete Jumeau size 10; circa 1900 Her head is without damages. She has a beautiful bisque socket head, blue/grey glass sleep eyes, painted lower lashes, open mouth, four porcelain teeth, and pierced ears with vintage glass earrings. Her precious bisque socket head has a beautiful very delicate coloring with expert painting to her facial features. She has No Damages to her Head; we have checked her head with a bright light please see her photos. Marks: DEP 10 (incised ) tete Jumeau (red stamp), She remains her blonde antique wig. The wig I would say is very nice consider that the doll is over 100 years old. It is original and very lovely, the wig still remains all original curls. She has her original cork pate. The Doll is in her antique original French composition and wooden fully-jointed body. She has a Very beautiful body with original finish and normal minimum wear to composition. Only her hands are repainted. The body has an original voice box with original stringing. Voice box works which is very rare! The doll is nicely costumed. She has velvet red cape with matching bonnet. She dressed in her repro original Jumeau dress. Fits her perfectly. She has antique undergarments. Cotton socks and brown leather boots. Beautiful French girl is ready for her new family.
