We only repair if necessary items such as resetting eyes, lashes, pates, body blemishes such as damaged fingers, toes neck sockets etc.
We regularly restring our dolls to insure original joint movement.

Layaway Policy
Normally we offer three to eight month layaway plans with equal monthly payments. But each monthly payment should be No Less than $250.
Shipping cost is added to the total amount of your purchase order.
If the first layaway payment is made by PayPal Friends and Family than it must be made on the day of purchase.
For the first check payment we allow 7 days to arrive. If we have not received a check payment during 7 days the purchase will be canceled.
We will agree to a regular monthly payment amount, to be due on either the 15th or 30th of each month
We prefer payments to be made by check for US buyers.
We will send you a monthly reminder by email on or near your due date. If you prefer to send checks by mail, they should be received by the due date. As each payment is received, I will contact you with your remaining balance.
Once terms are agreed on, payments must be on time and for the correct amount.
Layaway plan is an interest free and layaway payments are non-refundable, once a payment plan has been established.
If a layaway client misses a monthly payment, we reserve the right to cancel the layaway contract.
Layaway payments are not Refundable but we will issue a shop credit instead of a refund for the amount paid to date less a 15% [of the original selling price] re-stocking fee. The credit will be valid for a 3 month period.
If you choose to cancel your layaway, we will offer store credit toward another item of your choice, (less a 10% [of the original selling price] re-stocking fee) to compensate you for any payments made.. Your store credit is valid for a three months period.
Refunds will only be issued if there is a discrepancy in the description that has a significant affect on the value of the item.

Layaway purchases are not returnable unless the item is not significantly as described.
If a layaway purchased item is approved for return reimbursement payments will be made in the same number of equal payments as they have been received. And in the same manner of payment as received from buyer.. The returned item has to be returned as described in the Return Policy Procedure (method of shipment and packaging).

Shipping Policy
We ship all orders within 24 hours of invoice being paid in full. Our items are shipped by UPS, FedEx and USPS.
Buyers are responsible for actual shipping and insurance costs. Full insurance is required on all parcels for over $200. The items over $250 must be shipped with signature confirmation for safe delivery.

If for any reason you want to return your purchase we will accept your return.
We must to be notified within of five days of receipt of your items. Customer are responsible for all shipping cost of the items. The items must be shipped in original condition as received with all accessories included with purchase. Also in original packaging with applicable insurance and signature confirmation.
