She is One of the favorites all time collectors. She is the most wonderful example of Simon Halbig doll Mold 1249 calls Santa with look of Victorian Girl ~ She is Free from any Damages. Marks: Simon & Halbig 1249 Dep Germany 8 She has a beautiful bisque socket head with exceptional painting of facial features. She has original brown sleep eyes with original wax intact on her eye lids, painted all around lashes, molded and painted feathered brows, open mouth, accented lips. She has an open mouth with upper porcelain teeth, pierced ears with golden beads earrings. She has NO Cracks, Repairs or Hairlines to hear bisque socket head. She has an antique cardboard pate with pale blond replacement mohair wig full of long curls.. Wig is gorgeous. She is in her Antique German composition ball-jointed body, The body is nice and clean with no damages. Very slight wear to the finish. Body has almost all original nice varnish and paint. All fingers and toes with red outlines. One of the fingers on left hand has paint touched up. Her to legs are repainted. Repaint is nicely done with matching color smooth and lovely. She hold a pose standing or sitting with little back support for safety reason. Her clothes is gorgeous including an antique white batiste dress with full skirt and bertha collar She has beautiful undergarments made of baby batiste dress with hand embroidery details to her chemise with matching slip and pantaloons.
