Lovely petite 15” Darling Kestner with her trunk and Trousseau. Very desirable doll and hard to find in such a perfect condition with blue magnetic sleep eyes. She is in her original condition with No damage, repairs or repaint! This darling is in her original Kestner body with red stamp on a back of her torso. Lovely bisque head with almost pale complexion with slightly blushing to her porcelain and original sleep blue eyes. She is such a sweet doll and such a desirable size; she should be a treasure for someone’s collection. Head: Her head is incised // C // made in Germany// 7 // 164 // X No repair or any damages to her precious bisque head what I can see. Her head is in original condition. She has original sleep blown glass blue eyes with original wax intact. A little tiny missing wax to her eye lid. Her head is perfect in original condition with expert painting feature. Lovely pleasant facial expression with little coral lips and lovely tiny teeth. She has painted eye lashes all around with delicate painted feathered darker brows. She has an original plaster Kestner pate with sunny blond goat mohair wig Body: Her body is very lovely, made of composition and paper mache with wooden ball joints. Her body has a red Kestner stamp with “ Germany // 1 // Her body has its original finish and has no repairs or damages except for some normal aged wear. She has all fingers and toes with No repair or Repaint. She stung well to hold a pose. Clothes: This sweetest darling comes with an antique wooden trunk with extra costumes and other treasures. She has a lot of dresses and small treasures. 1. The burgundy velvet costume consist a velvet dress with sleeves and lace and matching velvet bonnet. The costume is fully lined. 2. She wears vintage wooly coat with embroidery details to the front and little matching bonnet with lace at the top and little pompom. 3. Cotton red and white checkers dress with organdy bertha collar. Very lovely and make her look like a girl next door. 4. One older antique original dress I call lawn costume. It has a matching white cotton and lace bonnet. Lovely Victorian dress possibly is her original. 5. Like any little girl she has her lovely white cotton party dress with embroidery at the front of the dress. Very well made for her 6. She also has similar pale blue party dress with sleeves and embroidery accents. It has closure on a back with two little buttons. 7. One more cotton shift dress made of antique gauze fabric with crochet lace around her neck and bottom of her dress. 8. She wears a three piece set of antique undergarments. Her slip is gorgeous with fine lovely lace all around the hem. She has her socks and antique oil cloth off white shoes with little pompoms but one shoe is missing a pompom. 9. She has a little patchwork quilt with antique crochet spread, and one wooden alphabet cube to play with. 8. Her wonderful wooden trunk is lovely decorated with beautiful antique wall covering. I believe it is all original and it is in a lovely condition with no rips or order. She has a little flower card die cut. The trunk shows an age wear to the finish from outside.. But I would say It is a perfect trunk in all original condition from inside and outside. It has all original metal hinges, and metal lock which works. It has the original paper covering on the inside This darling Girl can stand or sit inside this trunk. She with her treasury trunk will make a fabulous display in your collection.
