27 ½” Very Lovely Antique German Doll made by Cuno Otto Dressel. Great presentation. Among antique doll’s collectors this mold consider very similar to Kammer * Reinhardt Mold 117n Mein Liebling She has beautiful bisque socket head with lovely coloring and expert painting. She has sleep original brown eyes with original mohair lashes and all around painted lashes, she has painted eyebrows. , Open mouth with upper teeth. She has pate with human hair blond wig. She is Free from any cracks or hairlines or repairs. Her cheek has some tiny white spot of losing paint. Minor wear to her head or face or to the brim. Marks: incised 8 // Cuno & Otto Dressel // Germany She is in her original German fully articulated antique German body with original finish and minor wear. She has all fingers and toe, nicely strung. Some very minor and almost invisible paint touch up to her toes. I could not take off her second shoes without damaging it. No repairs to her body, but has some minor aged relative wear to the paint around her joints, neck socket and her torso finish. She wears most original Antique clothes. Her dress is antique original I have repaired her dress using some turquoise silk for details with embroidered lace. Silk on my photos looks like blue but in reality is turquoise. Very hard to photograph the color. She has matching bonnet. Her underclothes are antique or old vintage and have some wear. It could have some holes here and there. Her clothes are made of silk organza and have slightly some wear. . This is a larger example of very popular mold with a lot of personality.
